•  Support and advise the CEO on overall business strategy and plans for new event launch

business strategy including the Mayor’s Office, The City Council, The Downtown Berkeley Association and Visit Berkeley

•  Develop and cultivate cross-marketing partnerships including Cal Athletics, Cal Recreation and Sports and The Berkeley Public Schools Fund

•  Developed, cultivate and manage sponsorship portfolio

•  Developed and manage an in-house legal department including management of outside counsel with an emphasis on crisis prevention and management

•  Problem-solve and provide leadership and management for all departments

•  Support overall event production
